General Sitz probe!  Thank you band, Thank you Rodd! Thank you Actors!!!  First night in the theatre.

Set If we take 18 inches off of benches two OR three we might JUST squeeze in front of the baton, AND fit all of the actors… Baton list: 2Mission interior 1 mission exterior 3 havana cyc 4 broadway 5 Broadway 6 electric 7 stair masking 8 rain curtain 9 cyc 10 electrics 11 ladder necking (masking?) 12 hot box When loading in, look at the ladder rails, the horizontal cross bracing impedes crossing over underneath

Props Our rehearsal pianist Diana is going to ask her school band director if we can borrow cymbals and a bass drum with harness on Monday, we’ll know more then…(THANKS DIANA) Need a closed sign for the newsstand, handmade please.

Accident/Incident

Dumb Stuff it’s fun to find out “The Stage Manager calls the show, so, (in a nutshell) there is a fall guy.  With one person “calling the shots”, you have more consistency and less anarchy, “I’m gonna go…er now.  So even when the Stage Manager is wrong, do what they ask, because it’s always their fault” Bruce Duerden (Technical Director OLRC)
