General Finished the sitz, then ran act one, finished after Havana. I know we all go a little crazy the first time we actually try to run on the stage, it’s all up from here! Be sure to sign up for a slot to pick up your costumes!  I will send that to Ramona this evening so she has the schedule!  On Saturday when you arrive, we MUST lable your costumes with your names, and those lables MUST remain on your costume.  If you get it mixed up with your cast mates when it’s washed, we can’t help you…. When you go on Saturday, just get your stuff, nod smile and leave, we will fix any mistakes, and you will look wonderful.  You can try your costumes on-on Saturday, don’t ask to do it at Ramona’s.   Newbies will need to make a deposit, either on card, or via check, you will need to show her your drivers license.

Set Kinda nervous about the wings, are we sure that’s the only compromise?  Need a phone to put in the booth If we take 18 inches off of benches two OR three we might JUST squeeze in front of the baton, AND fit all of the actors… Baton list: When loading in, look at the ladder rails, the horizontal cross bracing impedes crossing over underneath

Props Need a closed sign for the newsstand, handmade please.
