| General worked then ran show with tech and costumes There is a party after the show on Friday, the Guild takes care of the food, but we depend on the kindness of palace peeps for the beverages. If you could bring a six of beer, soda water or a bottle of wine that would be tots awesome. This party is for you and the audience. Baton 1 doors were not secured. Possibly between being worked on and using them in the show. Tomorrow night is pre-view, please do not invite on facebook or twitter. MIC TABLE is for mics and nothing else! |

| Actors Sorry, the hymnals were in Justin’s car, didn’t get out with all that was going on, they are on the shelf now. Make sure your hats are pushed back so we can see your faces. Mission band, can you all exit, through the red or wait for Logan to enter before you exit after the first scene. KEEP GOING, if you are exiting in the wings, don’t stop, keep going til you are in the alley, you are creating a BOTTLENECK! Please have a sense of urgency when doing the scene changes. Can you take your glasses with you when you leave the hotbox? Audience, don’t want to break them during change. I apologize that we didn’t warn you before we used the fogger/hazer. I’d like to assure you that is hypo allergenic, AND it will be placed up in the fly not right in front of the stage so you should have a much easier time with it from now on. Those of you who take benches off if you are able and there aren’t two of you REMEMBER to lift them up vertically. Please don’t take someone’s prop that has been preset, if you didn’t preset it, it’s not yours. |
