Sorry, the hymnals were in Justin’s car, didn’t get out with all that was going on, they are on the shelf now.

Make sure your hats are pushed back so we can see your faces.

Mission band, can you all exit, through the red or wait for Logan to enter before you exit after the first scene.

KEEP GOING, if you are exiting in the wings, don’t stop,  keep going til you are in the alley, you are creating a BOTTLENECK!

Please have a sense of urgency when doing the scene changes.

I apologize that we didn’t warn you before we used the fogger/hazer.  I’d like to assure you that is hypo allergenic, AND it will be placed up in the fly not right in front of the stage so you should have a much easier time with it from now on.

Those of you who take benches off if you are able and there aren’t two of you REMEMBER to lift them up vertically.

No worries. I was surprised and disappointed to only receive 4,800, though. I understood that I was supposed to receive 5,200. There were 101 costumes in this show. That makes the rental only $47. 52 per costume. At 5,200, it was already at only $51. 49 per costume. Please relay this to Mary Ellen, and I will, also. Thanks again, and do not worry everyone makes mistakes. You are already forgiven! Ramona

Jessie, I do not know if you received my message, but costumes will be ready for pick-up on Saturday, so please schedule the pick-ups and request the check. You probably have already taken care of this, since you are so efficient; my e-mail has not been responding lately, so I was not sure if you received this, so I am trying, again. Thanks so much!!!-Ramona

Costume sign up sheet is attached.

Be sure to sign up for a slot to pick up your costumes!  I will send that to Ramona this evening so she has the schedule!  On Saturday when you arrive, A label MUST be put on your costume.  If you are here before someone to help, please take your labels and pin/gun them into your stuff. The label MUST remain on your costume.  If you get it mixed up with your cast mates when it’s washed, we can’t help you….

When you go on Saturday, just get your stuff, nod smile and leave, we will fix any mistakes, and you will look wonderful.  You can try your costumes on-on Saturday, don’t ask to do it at Ramona’s.

Newbies will need to make a deposit, either on card, or via check, you will need to show her your drivers license.

Being specific in ones movements not only ensures the quality of the piece but it also ensures you won’t grab something you weren’t meant to grab.

If you bring it in, take it out, there are a lot of starbucks, golden chick and water bottles in the theatre that aren’t walking themselves out.
