Strike Assignments
After the show, please collect all your stuff from the dressing rooms and put in your cars.
You aren’t excused until The TD (Ron) excuses you.
Use your receipt to make sure that all costume pieces are still around, hang all costume pieces up, and use shopping bags for accessories, place all accessories on shelf above costumes. DO NOT, KNOT the bag. Jessie and Tamar go through to check in as well as clean your costumes. If things are missing please try to find them, or at least let Tamar/Jessie know. There will be a place for Palace costumes in the green room, please put things that aren’t Ramona’s there.
If you finish your crew assignment please report to Jessie, Tamar or Ron to see where you can go so everyone can leave soon and at the same time! You will be released as soon as The bathrooms, green room and Dressing Rooms are GORGEOUS. (about an hour)
If I left you off of the list, I’m sorry, and please report to the Tin Barn Build area to help organize things as they come in.
Prop crew-Put hand props and furniture away (where it goes please, not just in an empty space!)

Womens Dressing room clean up
NOTHING but the costumes should be hanging in the dressing room, if shoes, clothes, makeup, hairspray, ANYTHING is left behind, it should go in lost and found box in the green room. Counters wiped down, floor swept, mirrors wiped down, trashes emptied, and a new bag put in, please also empty trash in the hallway, and sweep the hallway.

Make sure that flats, wood and hardware don’t just get thrown on the floor, there is a place for everything, and everything should be in it’s place.

Please clean toilets, mirror, dust fans, sweep, mop and take trash out.

First Aid clean up, re organize, list what we need new. Please find a spot on rehearsal stage so you don’t get hit by wood, (not Amy, real wood)
